Lennard Partners undertakes individual senior level retained executive search assignments as well as searches for teams for national and international projects.

Every Lennard Partners executive search commences with bespoke research from a detailed client briefing with a one of the firms partners and a senior researcher.

BOARD SEARCH

Lennard Partners undertakes executive search assignments to secure chairs and directors for public, private equity-backed, private and family-owned companies, as well as startups and non-profit organisations.

Lennard Partners provides an individually tailored one-on-one career transition premium service for senior executives who are seeking a new career future due to redundancy, re-deployment, retirement or leadership change.

At this level of seniority these executives are likely to be older, financially more independent and may see the loss of their job to “be an opportunity to do something different”.

Calibrating senior executive expectations when transitioning and dealing with the frustrations in a tough market, over sometimes an extended period, is all part of our service.

Our experience is that many executives would like to take time to explore options but are unsure what these may be and how to find them.

After a careful assessment of all the career options for each executive a “new career future” plan is developed.

Many executives are also faced with the reality that their salary expectations may need to be lowered. Our in house Board and Executive Remuneration Advice consultants can assist in market benchmarking, competitive positioning, new hire packages and sign on solutions.

Our comprehensive transition assistance also includes introductions to other senior executives who have successfully “gone through” career transition and have followed a number of different paths.

In addition, for those exploring establishing their own businesses whether setting up their own consulting practice or buying a business, each senior mentor facilitates introductions to business brokers, private equity firms and other specialist firms and introductions to those who have already successfully “gone out on their own”.

This is an industry premium service with every executive having his or her own on-call senior coach and mentor who communicates openly and honestly, facilitates networking and potential career opportunities and together sets agreed goals and action plans. Our senior mentors are part of a team and can draw upon broader resources such as retirement planning, small business finance, interim contracting etc.

Each senior mentor will work tirelessly and champion each participant’s cause starting with career assessment, broad goal setting, developing an action road map and on-going support in whatever it takes to ensure a successful outcome.
