Stephen Lennard is Managing Partner and founder of Lennard Partners and is widely acknowledged as one of Australia’s leading search consultants, and has experience operating across a number of business sectors.

Stephen holds an Honours degree in Applied Science (BSc. Geology) from the University of NSW and an MBA from Macquarie University.
Earlier in his career Stephen successfully built and developed executive search practices for three leading international organisations and now has over 30 years experience in the industry both nationally and internationally.

His record of success includes local and international searches for managing directors and division heads, chief financial officers, chief operating officers, chief information officers and directors of professional services, corporate affairs, project directors and executive general managers. His market sector knowledge spans industrial services, ports, manufacturing, construction, engineering, natural resources, government, education and not-for-profit amongst others.
